The company's primary concern is to cite the terms and conditions that govern the rights and obligations of Netashop.gr towards all of you visiting this website. Its aim is also to inform you of your rights and obligations in order to serve you in the best possible way in searching and finding the products you wish to buy from our e-shop.

Upon ordering a product, you will be asked to provide your full name, shipping address, home telephone number (or any other for your convenience), e-mail address etc.

Netashop.gr, does not, in any way, disclose, publicize, sell or exchange your personal information entrusted to us. In special cases, your personal information may be publicized by the company, always following legal procedures when forced by Public Authorities, Court etc.
PRODUCT PRICES
All items in our website include 24% tax. Sales without tax are only valid for registered VAT users along European Union countries or for all customers outside EU. All customers that will register an account from outside EU, their prices will no longer include tax and they will be able to proceed with a tax free purchases. The same applies for registered VAT users within EU Countries once they register an account. After we verify their VAT No, their account is updated to tax free. Netashop.gr reserves the right to readjust the prices.
AVAILABILITY
There are clear indications concerning availability for all the products in our e-shop.We mostly work with in stock items, however a pre-order item can also be ordered.The delivery time depends on manufacturer availability but in most cases it takes about 10-15 days for delivery.
ADVERTISING
Netashop.gr provides users with information on new products, special offers that might exist, payment settlements etc, by sending advertising – information messages to your e-mail. Netashop.gr shall not overuse the above service. All users have the option to stop receiving these information messages.
AMENDMENT OF TERMS
Netashop.gr reserves the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions of transactions.
STANDING LAW
All transactions you make through Netashop.gr are governed by the International and European Law controlling issues of electronic commerce and also by Consumer Protection Law (L. 2251/1994) controlling issues of distant sales.
